Vessis sneakers were once the footwear of choice for NBA stars such as LeBron James and Kobe Bryant.
They are now one of the most sought-after items in the sneaker market.
But they are no longer the go-to footwear for many in the business.
Now, the shoe company Vesso is trying to turn around its fortunes with a new line that includes sneakers that are made with recycled materials and features recycled materials.
The new line, Vessiomax, features sneakers made from recycled materials such as plastic and polycarbonate, and features new colors and fabrics, VESSI’s VP of product marketing and sales David Jaffe said in a statement.
The sneakers will debut at the NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans, on Feb. 14.
The Vessimax line is an evolution of the VESSi collection.
The company began to make a new set of sneakers last year, and the V-Line in 2017.
But the VSSI sneakers have been under the Vssi brand since its debut.
A Vesssis spokeswoman did not respond to a request for comment.
Jaffe said the company is “very excited” about the new line.
He said the new collection is “designed to meet the needs of the industry.”
