LAKAI LIMITED EXPRESS, China — The last thing you want to do when you have a cold is to try and dress up in your favorite outfit.
But that’s exactly what the famous footwear vans have been doing since they started serving customers in the late 1990s.
Now, they’re offering a variety of styles and colors for the average shopper.
“The last thing we want to try to do is make our customers feel like they’re a celebrity,” said Wang Xiaohua, founder of LAKAIKA LIMITED EXINS, or the LAKIBAX EXINS.
“We want to help people feel like the rest of the world is their friend, and we want our customers to have fun with their clothes.”LAKAIBAYEXINS, ChinaA few of the vans have become famous around the world.
But Wang Xiaokao’s newest venture is the Lakaia Limited Express, which has just opened a second location in the U.S. and Canada.
It’s an online store that will have about 3,000 items.
It will also be offering the latest styles for sale, such as the “Rainbow Shoe” which is inspired by the iconic Nike “Black” color.
“I think it’s a great idea,” said Liu Xiaohui, who runs Lakaai Limited Express.
“I’m happy to sell to the people who really love the colors.”
Lakaia limited express has about 3 thelikes of customers in U.A. and CANADA, and its website says customers can order from a range of stores from Los Angeles to Vancouver.
The company is also working on a shoe that is made of “organic bamboo,” which is more sustainable than synthetic materials, and has a lighter weight.
“It’s a really cool concept, and it’s great to see the company being able to take a step forward in the industry,” said Rolf Sauer, a footwear specialist at American retailer Zappos.
Sauer said he likes the idea of bringing traditional Chinese styles to a global market.
“If it can bring a new product to the market, I think it’ll be a good thing,” he said.
The U.K.-based company has more than 2,000 products, including shoes, shoes and boots, and sells them on its website.
“It’s great that Lakaiya Limited Express is bringing new ideas and styles to our community, especially as there’s a growing demand for traditional Chinese footwear,” said Linda Lattimore, a spokeswoman for Zappots.
