The adidas Originals signature silhouette continues to grow in popularity as the brand continues to build a loyal following in North America and Europe.
The footwear deal announced Monday by the Japanese shoemaker is the latest in a series of collaborations with prominent brands.
The new Adidas Originals shoe deal with Sandals, for example, will be the first of its kind in the company’s history.
Adidas said that Sandals was chosen to feature in the shoe because of its signature shape and its iconic silhouette.
The deal, which will run for eight weeks, is scheduled to close on March 10.
Sandals has been one of Adidas’ most sought-after shoes for years, and the shoe is considered the top seller among the brand’s other shoe brands, such as Reebok, adidas, and Nike.
Adidas also announced that it will release a new range of shoes for the new season, including its new Ultra Boost Boosts.
Adidas Originations Ultra Boosts are the companys most sought after shoes for summer and are designed to deliver a more comfortable fit and feel.
These shoes will be released at select retailers in late spring.
The company also announced a brand new colorway of its Signature sneakers, featuring the silhouette of the iconic “X” on the front.
The shoes will launch at select Adidas retailers in early April.
